Our goal is to create a fun and safe environment for everyone by encouraging our users to conduct themselves with a high degree of integrity, decency and respect.

Use of Mesmo TV is subject to these Guidelines and the Terms of Use. Violations of these Guidelines or the Terms of Use may result in a permanent termination of your account.

Diversity of opinions and backgrounds adds uniqueness to the user experience. Our community is made-up of a wide-range of people, who have the right to share their views, even if it is different from yours. Please be polite and respectful in your interactions with other members.

Please adhere to the following:

• Don't post copyrighted content that is available on the Internet without permission from the owner.


• Don’t post videos that include pornography or sexually explicit content.


• Don't post videos showing dangerous or illegal acts, like animal abuse, drug abuse, or bomb making.


• Any form of hate propaganda will not be tolerated. This includes videos, comments, or pictures of any kind.


• Don’t post videos with graphic or gratuitous violence.


• Don’t take your frustrations out on other members. There will be no tolerance for predatory behavior, threats, harassment, invading privacy or revealing the personal information of other members.


• Don't post commercial messages including advertising or related links.


• SPAM or harassment of other members, including sending repeated requests and messages to people you don't know, can result in the termination of your account.


• Don't use obscenities.

If you find a video that violates these Guidelines or Terms of Use, then click "Flag as Inappropriate" under the video that you are watching to submit it for review.

If you would like to report a violation, you can email feedback (at) mesmo.tv. Please include as much detail as possible including the violation and username and/or URL of the content in question.

Remember, this is your community! Each and every member of Mesmo TV makes the site more interesting, so don't be afraid to participate, get involved and have fun!
